Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm item eligibility.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping method to send your package back to our main consignment warehouse.
Processing and Credit
Once our team inspects the item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
